Super Sunday XXIII featured five league championship games:

* WNY Small Schools: City Honors vs. Cheektowaga * Explorer League: South Park vs. McKinley * Southtowns B: St. Francis vs. Iroquois/Alden * Southtowns A: West Seneca West vs. West Seneca East |
