Hours of Operation Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Arena event days, the Box Office business hours will be Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM through the end of the event and 10:00 AM through the end of the event on Sunday. The Sabres Store is open Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  On Sabres and Bandits home games, the store is open 10:00 AM through the end of the game.
